Logistics Analyst - Excel, Access
Leading global Pharmaceutical company require a Logistics Analyst for a long-term contract based in Brussels.
As part of Customer & Logistics Services EMEA, the Strategy & Deployment Team is responsible to further support the region with analytics and further projects implementation across the different sectors and clusters. For the Network & analytics group, the Logistics Analyst will provide analytical and process support to the CLS EMEA Strategy and Deployment group, Logistics Program Leads and/or Cluster Leads by supporting the Cost-to-serve models activities as well as the continuous improvement of CLS regional metrics in addition to leveraging best practice across those sectors, franchises & businesses.

Typical areas of assignments would be following:
- Effectively support and execute monthly data loads into Acorn for both Consumer and Medical Devices and ensure accuracy of calculations on the different models.
- Support CTS leads to build CIP pipeline through deep dive analytics of associated distribution costs as well as conduct ad-hoc requests for costs driven by specific customers.
- Streamline the Acorn data feed process & Evaluate and conduct data automation possibilities.
- Support CLS metrics reporting cycles such as Perfect Order, quarterly reviews and overall KPIs monthly reviews
- Support the EMEA current assessment of existing metrics definitions
Non Technical Skills and Additional Details
Who we are looking for:
As we operate in a complex, international environment we are looking for young graduates with the following characteristics:
* A degree in Logistics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, IT, Industrial or Process Engineering (or similar)
* Fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
* Relevant experience in the fields of metrics and data manipulation environments is desirable
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills to perform complex statistical analysis (excel and access are mandatory)
* Tableau platform considered as a plus
* Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills
* Logistics or supply chain knowledge acquired through relevant professional experiences or internships is a plus.
