Logistics Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a technically strong accountant to join an international Retail and Logistics business. This role would suit a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA equivalent). The role is initially for 6 months to look specifically at the year end and budgeting for the logistics and supply chain side of the business unit. The right candidate will have to demonstrate:

* Strong technical accounting to support year end and month end
* Strong analytical mindset to create budgets and reporting tools
* Strong IT for Financial Modelling (Advance Excel desirable)
* Understanding of supply chain and specifically logistics
* Strong communication and ability to influence both finance and non-finance
