Introduction:
Customer Service SP&E, T&I is responsible for the daily operational settlement of orders from customers (RSHQ's and NSO's) for as well Venlo as Poing assortment.
Position's main tasks:
The main task is the responsibility for the orders for the NSO's of RSHQ-CENV.
In this job the following activities can be recognized:
- daily feedback to customers in case of changed ETD's
- priority setting in case of scarcity
- coordinates delivery of rush-orders
- coordinates delivery Non-service parts (ZSO-orders)
- daily communication with Global Planning Inventory Control and Versand in Poing.
Need to have:
- customer minded
- pro-active
- hands-on
- Accurate
- Good knowledge of English language (speaking and writing)
Nice to have:
