Projektbeschreibung
- Work with the Project Managers, Construction Managers
- Submit equipment order, submit equipment delivery status report
- work with customer's warehouse team to coordinate logistic activities (pickups & deliveries)
- Coordinate equipment returns for decommissioned or excess equipment to be returned from site to the warehouse
- Understand the RMA process for missing, damaged or out of box failures for Customer equipment so that repairs/replacements can be made in a timely manner
- Review daily reports generated by Customer pertaining to shipping, equipment orders, shortages and delivery information to ensure the status of equipment is current at all times
- Identify equipment discrepancies and resolve issues as needed.
- Maintain a tracker of all sites responsible for each district including site information, equipment orders assigned per site, delivery dates/GC pick ups and/or any special notes required to manage the equipment.
- Update tracker regularly throughout the call out process. Respond to daily emails and phone inquiries. Manage tactical issues accordingly
- Attend daily meeting with the Project Teams
