Logistic Engineer (2X)

Need to have:

- Bachelor degree in Logistics
- 3-5 years OR 5-7 years working experience since there are two similar positions vacant
- Appropriate knowledge of Dutch and English language (oral and written)
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Knowledge of warehousing principles

Introduction:

Our client is in the process of integration. To complete this integration, an IT project is launched and for the warehousing part needs to be staffed by an experienced logistics engineer. The engineer will need to learn the current warehouse setup very rapidly and from there on translate this into the new setup in the new system, together with realizing a physical change in the warehouse.

Position's main tasks:
- Realize a structured view of the current warehouse operation
- Create a blueprint for the future warehouse operation
- Participate in the project team to implement the new warehouse setup in the system,
- Take the lead in implementing the new warehousing layout that fits to that future setup
