Logical Access Consultant

OUR CLIENT, A LARGE BANKING ORGANISATION IS LOOKING TO RECRUIT AN EXPERIENCED APPLICATION ANALYST TO JOIN AN I&AM APPLICATION ACCESS TEAM WHICH PROVIDES LOGICAL ACCESS CONTROL SUPPORT ACROSS MULTIPLE BUSINESS UNITS.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- The Application Analyst provides service excellence to a high standard against the day to day provisioning of application and infrastructure access.
- Demonstrate clear operational skills against the logical access control requirements for all applications in scope within the Application Access team.
- In line with procedures provide efficiencies against all RTB servicing queues to a timely and effective manner
- Ensure all operational activities comply against audit and group security & fraud internal compliance rules.
-  Develop and maintain a strong relationship with key business areas to continue delivering an enhanced service to our customers.
- Understand the business priority and impact when problems occur and communicate and escalate as appropriate.

KEY CAPABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Good understanding of IT support functions
- Good understanding of operational risk and Logical Access Control standards.
- Ability to analyse and escalate issues if required
