Lodestar/Oracle Utilities Analyst Programmer, French or Dutch
In order to qualify, you will need extensive experience with the Oracle Utilities Quotations Management tool and proven skills as a Developer.

Alongside this, you will be working on some web development, in particular the user interface, using Front End technologies like JavaScript, ASP, HTML and XML.
The client is using Oracle database so experience with this is a bonus.
