Locum Dentist Somerset

Medacs is delighted to be recruiting for a Locum dentist in the area of Somerset.

The Locum role is for maternity cover for a duration of 8 months which will commence on the 1st December 2014

Days/Hours of work

Monday 9am - 5pm
Tuesday 1:30pm - 7:30pm
Wednesday Day Off
Thursday 1:30pm - 7:30pm
Friday 1 Friday each month
Saturday Day Off
Sunday Day Off

UDA's - 30 UDA's per day
There will be no laboratory bill as this will be covered by the practice

requirements
*GDC registration certificate
*NHS Performer Number
*Passport and Visa (if applicable)
*Minimum of 2 Years UK Experience
*CRB Completed in the last 2 years
*Indemnity Insurance
*Evidence of inoculation against Hepatitis B as well as immunity against Rubella, Mumps, Measles, TB, and Varicella,
*Right to Remain / Work Permit / EEA Citizenship to work on a Self-Employed Basis in the UK

Responsibilities
*Educating patients on oral healthcare
*Examining teeth and diagnosing patients' dental conditions by using tools such as x-rays
*Assessing treatment options and agreeing treatment plans with patients
*carrying out agreed clinical treatments such as restoring teeth affected by decay and treating gum disease
