IHRE AUFGABEN:
One project manager for corporate services for Dublin and London with the following criteria: -Providing leadership and strategic coordination, providing support, development and feedback to internal / external resources as needed
-Creating, implementing and delivering of operational plans aligned with the business plans and targets
-Contributing ideas, innovations and insights based on operational needs to the overall business plans, to ensure the right objectives and focus is set in that plan
-Ensuring each project adheres to the governance required by the Program Office including the maintenance of full documentation
-Establishing and building relationships across FMS-SG to facilitate achievement of strategic goals maintaining momentum throughout the project lifecycle
-Determining internal / external resources required to deliver the projects. The project manager will have responsibility for staff identification and hiring process
-Responsibility for accurate and timely reporting against project plans and budget in line with appropriate governance
-Practical duties amongst others:
- Planning of modifications for office space - office furniture, room allocation, floor plans - Preparing/defining specifications for tenders and analyse tender returns
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Project management
-Process modelling
-Fluent English skills
-Good knowledge in MS-Office, MS-Project, Excel and Word
