REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to learn and navigate through products quickly, including game console, games web services, and not-yet-released mobile apps
- Deep understanding and experience in localization testing, bug logging process, triaging, regressing and concise bug reporting
- Technical amplitude to learn bug logging tool quickly and provide technical support to testers
- Experience to act as the first line of support to testers and unblock issues related to process, test instructions or technical downtime in a timely manner
- Understanding of test cases, requirements and ability to guide testers through test cases as needed
- Strong people management skill in a multi-cultural environment
- Track testers attendance
- Drive test progress and develop test reports for higher management review
- Familiarity with TFS, Product Studio, Dev Kit, Flash build deployment
