Localization/Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

Responsible for working with our geography leads to make sure the right content is translated, localized, deployed and retired in the right countries on schedule. Will work with the WW Content Coordinator to inventory content being created. Also responsible for analysis, assignment and
management of operational tasks assigned to the WW content team.

Role/Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a project plan level of ongoing content activities for each geography/country
- Coordinate all localization efforts of WW content
- Ensure all WW content is delivered to all appropriate country websites on schedule
- Perform audits of the Geo sites periodically to ensure they are within guidelines including:
- Homepage content
- Navigation
- Visual Style Guidelines
- Approved Template Usage
- Create an action plan with the WW Content Coordinator to address any sites out of guidelines
- Maintain report distribution of content usage WW as requested
- Capture requests for WW template updates/additions from Geo/Country for WW consideration
- Prepare and maintain monthly expiring asset reports - ensure they are retired appropriately
- Ensure day to day WW operational requests are assigned an progressing as expected

Skills:

- Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related degree program
- Previous Project Management or Project Coordination experience
- 1-3 years of corporate work/internship experience
- Strong interpersonal and group communication
- Experience working within a project team
- Excellent problem solving skills very analytically minded
- Data Analysis experience or exposure
- Self-starting with a strong work ethic
