Locality Manager/Cluster Manager across PCT, GP Practices and CCG, to support the implementation of GP Commissioning working extremely close with the GP Practices in preparation for the creation of GP Consortia.
Driving change as well as value for money. Commissioning and Services. Presenting information to a wide variety of stakeholders. Operate in a sensitive and political environment. Work in a consultative, business-like manner to forge strong relationships.
Essential Skills:
Demonstrate extensive knowledge about Primary Care, CCG's and the inner workings of GP Practices.
Proven track record at driving change within an NHS environment, ideally primary care.
