Local Shopping Lead

Urgent Role -Local Shopping Data Validator Lead- Temp 6 months position -UK Wide.

Experience:-
*This position requires a self-starter that can build a team and lead
*Experience in store retail lead positions, Team Lead, Supervisor, Store management etc

Role:-
*Manage the day-to-day operations of a team of store data validators
*Check in with these operations employees and keep the job fun and interesting in creative ways
*Hire a team
*The Lead will be hands-on and wear multiple hats as the team grows
*Execute inventory verification tasks
*Manages SLA performance through metrics and develop operational improvements to optimize data validator efficiency.
*Manage relationships with merchants at the store level
*Works directly with retail store managers to integrate process feedback, troubleshoot issues, report feedback
*Will drive to stores to visit data validators

OWN CAR AND DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED.

This is a contract position paid per hour as a PAYE temp -6 Month contract initially.

6 Month contract initially - Possible extension.
