Local Regulatory Reporting Developer (Brussels)

Je functie: Context:
As part of regionalized IT team supporting European sites in production with the OMR/ATLAS2/Infocenter /Data warehouse standard architecture, the FA/FiRE
Competence Center Europe (FCE) has been created. This team supports the European branches by fulfilling their local regulatory reporting requirements, notably be providing
automatic data feeds.
To achieve this objective, we build and maintain the data interfaces between our systems and third party providers regulatory reporting software, which is in most cases
FRSGlobal (DataFoundation / „FiRE" / ReportGenerator).

Function Description:
In our Developers team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of our products. Therefore, you will have to communicate regularly with all our contributors on
technical but also functional level, especially to analyze the business requirements, to discuss the solutions with our provider, to help the users during the UAT and to discuss
the issues with our internal/external contributors. This position is located in downtown Brussels

Periodic Activities
- Maintenance and support for our products
- Execution of non-regression tests in case of:

+ New versions of upstream systems
+ Changes in the parameterization of the source systems
+ Changes in the regulatory requirements, which result into releases of FRSGlobal DataFoundation / ReportGenerator parameterization
- Requirement analysis, and support for Infoc2DF (interface) for countries together with the integration/test of the country specific FA/FiRE modules.
- Programming in Oracle PL/SQL
- Job automation with PowerShell (Windows) or AIX shell (Unix) scripting
- Support of local users during the test and validation phase as well as in production.
- Coordination of technical and functional items together with local users, central

CIB and ITP teams and local and central teams of external provider WKFS/FRS.

Non-periodic activities
- Handling of incidents
- Direct contribution to operational permanent control framework.

French : Fluent

Education & Soft skills
? Bachelor / master degree in Information technology(ideally combing a business background)
? Financial skills would be a plus
? 3 - 5 years working experience
? Strong analytical skills / ability to quickly acquaint yourself fast with various facts and systems
? Self-driven and Team player

Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in similar function

Technical experience / knowledge:
Mandatory:
o Excellent knowledge in design and modelling Oracle database
o Skills in writing PL/SQL Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Packages, Constraints, Views and Fine-Tuning them.
o Excellent skills in fine tuning complex queries.
o Extensive knowledge of QUEST Tools (TOAD Navigator) and/or Oracle SQL Developer.
o Good experience in developing Windows PowerShell and UNIX Shell scripts

Preferable:
o FRS Global product knowledge
o Basis on SVN or CVS (source code versioning)
o Work in a CMMI environment
o VBA Skills
o DBA knowledge
