Loan Support Associate Job

LOAN SUPPORT ASSOCIATE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in MOORESTOWN NJ.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Minimum of six (6) months experience in the banking industry
- Minimum of six (6) months experience with bank processing systems and bank productsconducts 60 and 90 day reviews of revocable trusts and irrevocable trusts.
- Performs all customer service center functions related to mail received necessary to successfully complete customer requests; corresponds with customers via phone or in writing as appropriate to resolve service requests.
- Meet established goals for all metrics, including call quality, productivity, and time on system.
- Reviewsable to review & understand account, file documentation, correspondence, etc.
- Previous related work experience in a bank or other financial services company
- Work experience with MS Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Basic knowledge of accounting

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with bank processing systems and bank products & services
- Previous related work experience in a bank or other financial services company
