The CTA program for Loans, comprises 4 overlapping projects: merge two Misys Loan IQ instances (LS2 and LSB), consolidate two legacy reporting platforms onto Cognos, 7.2.Y upgrade, Markit Initiatives for settlement trade processing with Markit Clear. Experience project managing Loan IQ projects is essential and having managed a Misys upgrade would be ideal. Will need the ability to take a view on multiple, overlapping projects with one team and work with shorter, incremental release cycles. Have a healthy scepticism of the waterfall project model and the ability to relentless collect data points in order to re-calibrate and course correct as projects unfold. Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is helpful.
