LMS Implementation Consultant

OUR CLIENT IS CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A LMS IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT FOR AN INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT BASED IN PARIS .

For a project to be executed out of Paris , we need to hire a Service Design Manager for a large LMS global rollout program.

Ability to communicate in French is preferred for this role.

- Familiarity with software implementation and structured implementation methodologies
- Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams and professionals of all levels
- Perform change management functions pertaining to LMS deployment
- Prior experience in COTS evaluation of LMS solutions

Further Skills:

- Design Shared Services implementation strategy and global rollout plan
- Design Service Catalog and ensure business alignment
- Develop Service Level Agreements
- Strategize staff onboarding plans
- Strategize on-going monitoring and controlling mechanisms and procedures
- Define Support Services policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate seamlessly across geographies
- Ability to address global and regional shared services need
- Design strategy for continuous service improvement activities
- Define KPIs and Service Metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency
- Define process for team capacity planning and team ramp up & down
- Define Skills and Competencies of support team
- Perform competency planning
- Define process to perform trend analysis & other predictive mechanisms
- Ensure strategic requests addressed effectively & efficiently
- Define the process of measuring the effectiveness and efficiency
- Institutionalize innovation, best practices, & industry standards
- Define vendor and staff contracts
- Manager Contract issues and risk management
- Implement overall administration & support services delivery
