Introduction:
For our client in the Pharma industry we are searching for an Administrator/Support Analyst

Role:
Analysing and solving administration and support difficulties

Requirements:
Candidate required with prior experience of working as an administrator with Laboratory Management Systems Space or/and ESOPS

Must be able to support ESOPS System Admin work, eg User administration, trainings administration, sop management.

Candidate should be able to give support activities related to global roll-out of the above names systems by assisting with related trainings/moderate workshops to a worldwide set of users.

Candidate will be required to create training Matrix based on Job descriptions; Setup and maintain training programs in LMS Space. Create courses, certifications and evaluations in LMS Space.
Monitor Training support email account and support with business support requests.
