LMS Architect

LMS ARCHITECT

For our prestigious client, we are currently looking for a LMS architect

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- The LMS architect/functional expert will implement the ONE LMS, together with the LMS Project team
- Map the LMS requirements from different sectors, consolidate and compress this into 1 set of coherent and future proof requirements, making a clear split between essential requirements and nice-to-have features and taking into account the harmonized learning processes (to-be situation). 
- Drive the LMS RFI to vendors and actively participate in the vendor selection.
- Manage organizational change aspects (eg mindset and behavior)
- Be the linking pin for the sectors, w.r.t. learning technologies and LMS
- Configure the LMS (together with the vendor) in alignment with the sectors requirements
- Responsible for converting all current data into the LMS environment. This includes course history, enrollments, curriculums, learning paths (all master data from the diverse Learning Management Systems needs to be converted to one LMS database)
- Be the subject matter expert for our LMS (Learning Management System) during the project
- Contribute to wide discussion on certifications, competence development and career paths

EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a learning related position.
- Experience and a high level of affinity with learning management systems is a must both from a user perspective as an expert.
- Implementation experience of market leading SaaS LMS solutions in a multinational and multidiscipline organization is requested.
