Lloyds Market Risk Analyst - Maternity Cover 12 Months

PREFERRED CANDIDATE:

- Good grounding in Lloyd's/London Market risk management and compliance work
- Lloyd's managing agency experience
- Depth of knowledge of Solvency II requirements, in particular, Lloyd's market processes to achieve SII compliance

SCOPE OF ROLE:

- Maintain and update existing processes for risk management - risk register, scoring updates, risk log updates etc.
- Quarterly Risk metrics review
- Update of 6 monthly Risk Report to Board/Audit committee
- Review of Policies & Procedures document library - rolling review on annual cycle of docs
- Review of in-house Risk App and make recommendations for enhancements to improve overall risk management processes
- Completion/oversight of rolling reviews as part of the System of governance Review - part of Internal Model qualitative validation
- Benchmarking against new Lloyd's Minimum Standards and identifying/collating supporting evidence
- Assistance in planning/support for PRA periodic review expected in Q4 2014
- Throughout specific tasks, acting as "fresh pair of eyes" reviewer of the existing processes and documentation to make observations and recommendations.
