HR Advisor - Professional Services - City, London- £40 to £45k

My client a professional services organisation based in the City of London have a new role available as an HR Advisor. You will provide a HR advisory service to a client group through consultation, influence and effective HR management. This role is paying circa £45k on the base salary and offers a fantastic benefits package.

Supporting and influencing your own client group within the organisation the key responsibilities for the individual will be;

- Headcount and business planning
- Employee development
- Appraisal and remuneration
- Specific project work

Ideal candidate for this position will have;

- Experience working at HR Advisor level
- Supported own client group
- Experience working for professional services organisations
- CIPD qualified
- Degree Educated (2:1 and above)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage own time and workload
