TheOpportunity:

Application Service Delivery Analyst - (LiveLink, SharePoint and Systems) is urgently needed for my leading client, a large scale technology user and government organisation. The Application Service Delivery Analyst - (LiveLink, SharePoint and Systems) will work in the experienced IT service delivery team supporting Document Management systems, specifically LiveLink / OpenText Content Server 10.

Scope of Role:
- Experience of administrating either SharePoint 2007/2010 or LiveLink 9.7.1
- Understanding of Document Management principles and benefits
- Experience of using a structured document management system in large scale capital project environment (or relevant industry)

Desirable

- Experience of working in an IT support role and associated ticketing tools (BMC Remedy)
- ITIL v3 foundation certification

Salary:

£30,000 - £40,000 + Bens
