Livelink API Programmer - Netherlands

Skills and experience:

-In depth knowledge of Livelink 9.7.0 and its API (Livelink Application Programming Interface)
-In depth knowledge of Oracle 10g
-Able to take over/take apart current VB tools
-Able to create tooling that manipulates Livelink data via LAPI and/or directly against the database
-VB Programming knowledge
-Strong debugging, troubleshooting skills
-Available from EU to meet the NL and India teams requirements
-Strong communication skills and a technical background

Description of work:

-Setting masses of LiveLink content to Read-Only (pre-migration to SharePoint) (direct database manipulation)
-Setting masses of LiveLink content to No Access (post-migration to SharePoint) (direct database manipulation)
-Sending content from LiveLink into the LiveLink recyclebin (soft delete via LAPI post migration)
-Bulk loading data into/out of LiveLink (to/from other LiveLink environments or local drives)
-Bulk manipulation of Livelink users and groups
-Reversing/undoing incorrect activities/mistakes associated with the above tool sets
