This is an initial 18 month contract opportunity.Overview
One of the roles of Project Centre 5 in Application Development is to assist all clients with effective use of Livelink, the enterprise document and records management tool.
Role and Responsibilities
The major objectives of the assignment are for each project:
- Business Requirements
- Solution Options
- Document Library Design and Configuration Deliverables:
- Standard project deliverables as outlined Software Solution Methodology and Document Management Process
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Business analysis experience (3+ years)
- Familiarity with document management or electronic content management solutions, particularly Livelink (5+ years)
- Familiarity with imaging best practices (HW, SW, design) (2+ years)
- Records Mangement knowledge and understanding (4+ years)
- Familiar with document library design and configuration (2+ years)
- Familiar with document/records management requirements gathering practices (2+ years) Desired Skills:
- Livelink experience (Versions 9.7.1 and higher)
- Capture-Vue experience (Mark-up tool)
- Ability and willingness to work with many groups
- Willingness to work within the guidelines of Information Technology
- Previous work experience with Municipal, other Government Organizations or equivalent endeavours.
