Live-in Careworker/Support

EXCELLENT EARNING POTENTIAL - FREE FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION - FLEXIBLE WORKING PATTERNS We have a number of positions available in the following counties: BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, BERKSHIRE, DORSET, HERTFORDSHIRE, MIDDLESEX, OXFORDSHIRE, SURREY The Live-In Carer is responsible for the delivery of personal and practical care and companionship service which meets the needs of Clients as defined in their Service Plan.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows: · Providing companionship and support to the Client living in their own homes · Assisting with all domestic support including meal preparation, housework · Assisting with all personal support including washing, in/out of bed · Promoting the Clients independence and choice at all times · To monitor the Clients health and report any changes immediately · To attend all company orientation and training as required. We welcome applicants with the following attributes: · Ability to cope in an emergency. · Excellent time keeping and organisation skills · Excellent communication skills · Able to work flexible working patterns · Ability to demonstrate compassion and understanding the principles of community care.
