LIVE in Carer

Care In Hand has vacancies for very experienced Live In Carers with an excellent level of dementia care experience to provide care to elderly people in thier own homes in Pembrokeshire. Applicants will have use of own bedroom for overnight sleeping and breaks every day in line with working time regulations. Work pattern can be anything from 1 or 2 days to 2 or 3 weeks as and when required. This vacancy is also suitable for candidates that do not want to commit on permanent basis but can work at short notice. Candidates that do want permanent work can also apply. The position can be on an employed or self employed basis. Main duties to enable client to maintain nutritional wellbeing, assisting or supervising personal care needs, enable client to maintain a good level of social interaction while providing support and encouragement at all times. Vacancy is for drivers and non drivers. Successful applicants will be required to attend a training before starting working. Majority of these courses can be completed online.
