Liquidity Risk, ILAA

My client, a leading international bank, has an opening within their Liquidity Risk Function. The core responsibility of the role will be theelopment and monitoring of the Liquidity Risk Framework and Policy and review/approval of liquidity limits/metrics liquidity risk management tools.

Main Responsibilities
* Provide challenge to Treasury on risk assessments, actions and adequacy of liquidity risk related controls. Prepare agreed key risk reporting requirements for KRO review.
* Maintain, create and prepare Liquidity Framework/Policies prior finalisation of these by KRO;
* Monitor and challenge the effectiveness and adherence to the Liquidity Framework and provide assurance to the KRO;
* Review draft versions of the ILAA, Contingency Funding Plan, EWIs, Limits and provide feedback to the Treasury and Risk teams;
* Review business owned Standards to ensure compliance with the ERMF and sufficient coverage of liquidity risk is achieved;
* Provide support to KRO on Liquidity Risk related queries;
* Understanding global liquidity regulations and in liaison with Treasury agreeing on the way these are captured and managed;
* Agree with treasury on appropriate risk measurement tools, including limit and target setting
* Presenting to senior management on a variety of topics related to liquidity risk
* Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Operational Risk Framework and internal Policies and Standards
