The ideal candidate will participate in supporting and maintaining the Business As Usual (BAU) activities for the Linux team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience with Splunk in large scale deployments;
- Significant experience in automation of Linux administration and monitoring. eg CFEngine, Puppet, Nagios, Icinga, etc.;
- Knowledge of Linux clustering;
- Excellent Shell and Perl, Python or Ruby Scripting skills
- General networking service skills - Apache, BIND, LDAP, Postfix/Sendmail etc
- Detailed understanding of TCP/IP Networking;
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
