- Experience porting/compiling public domain tools to Red Hat
- Enterprise Linux OS desired

- Superior troubleshooting skills (both hardware and software)
- Ability to execute project plans within deadlines
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Ability to interact with IT partners, service and support teams
- Excellent customer service and prioritization skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
