LINUX SYSTEM ENGINEER - REDHAT, DATACENTER, UBUNTU LINUX
T4S Solutions are looking for a Linux System Engineer who is experienced in Datacenters to work in Belgium on a 1 year extendable mission who is available to start within the next few weeks with exceptional day rates.
Language Skills:
- English and French
Experience required:
- Experiences of implementation, management and evolution of Linux environment in Data Center
- Knowledge Management (CMDB), documentation and procedures management of the security layer
- Experience in Datawarehouse
Technical knowledge:
- ConfigurationsFTP/Proxy Squid/Security, ...
- Managing virtual Servers in a VMware vCloud infrastructure
- Network technology such as TCP/IP, ARP, switch, routing, Firewall ...
- Server security and protocols
- Knowledge of database management system and data warehouse.
- Writing of documentation and technical procedures.
Mission:
- Reverse engineering of the complete solution set up.
- Perform documentation, server creation/configuration procedures and maintenance. Realization of the diagrams.
- Standardization/simplification recommendation
- Analysis, recommendations and implementation of the security level
- GDPR compliance analysis and audit trail implementation.
