Linux/Ops Engineer

LINUX/OPS ENGINEER

For one of Netherlands's largest financial clients, we are currently seeking an experienced Ops Engineer with Linux (RHEL) expertise. This will be a stable 6-12 months' contract in Leeuwarden, Netherlands. Paying excellent rates (Possible extensions).

You will join an dynamic environment where you will get the space to speak up your vision.

You will be working in close co-operation with stakeholders and you will be actively participating in the extension of the platform's capabilities by deploying and configuring new features, components and releases in a controlled way.

THE IDEAL LINUX/OPS ENGINEER WILL HAVE 75% OF THE FOLLOWING:

- Master of Science in Computer Science or similar training
- 3+ years of experience as Ops engineering
- Extensive experience with Agile working
- Ervaring met Continuous Delivery en Continuous Deployment
- Knowledge of and experience with continuous delivery tooling such as. Maven, Nolio, Jenkins, GIT
- Knowledge of and experience with Linux and Tomcat (RHEL)
- Knowledge of and experience with the EVERY stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Grafana)
- Knowledge of and experience with automated test tooling (eg LoadRunner, Gatlin)
- Knowledge of Operational Control Dashboard is an advantage - Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both speaking and writing
