Linux/Devops Engineer

LINUX/DEVOPS ENGINEER - FINANCIAL INDUSTRY - FREELANCE/CONTRACT

Our client, an innovative player in the financial industry, is looking for a Linux DevOps engineer. This is a senior position with a contract duration of 6 months. The clinet is looking for a team player that is responsible, results-driven and problem solver. Are you that person?

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

- More than 5 years of experience with Linux OS ex. Redhat enterprise, Centos, Debian
- Experienced in automated deployment and configuration
- Solid knowledge in Scripting ansible playbooks
- Hands-on experience with Scripting (python, bash or Perl)
- Extensive hands-on experience with Docker containers
- Familiar with mesos/marathon or kubernetes is a big plus
- Results driven and problem solver attitude (No quitters)

THE JOB

- Monitoring and supporting production environment
- Participate in projects from development to deployment into production
- Troubleshooting and solving incidents
- Automate installations
- Checking monitor alarms, diagnosing the symptoms, analysing the root causes and making preventive plans
