ROLE OF THE LINUX DEVOPS/ADMINISTRATOR
The Linux DevOps/Administrator's role will be to design, implement and operate tailor-made and standardized ICT solutions. He/she ensures service management, technical consultancy and pre/after sales support in order to meet/exceed customer expectation in accordance with contract requirements.
PROFILE OF THE LINUX DEVOPS/ADMINISTRATOR
- Industrial engineer or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in:
- General Linux (RHEL)
- Basics Network & Security
- Ansible
- Apache/Nginx
- Tomcat/Jboss/Weblogic
- HA Proxy
- Openstack/Openshift
- Ceph
- Basics Database:SQL/Oracle (RAC)/Dataguard/Gridcontrol
- Excellent team worker
- Communicative and assertive
- Sense of responsibility and self-initiative
- Methodical and able to treat several problems autonomously
- Customer minded
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English (oral and written)
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LINUX DEVOPS/ADMINISTRATOR
- Validation of proposed solution in pre-sales phase
- Design service delivery for ICT solutions
- Implementation, operation and maintain ICT solutions
- Providing technical advice towards customers and colleagues regarding appropriate technical solution to be taken
- Develop, maintain and share technical expertise and customer specific information
