As part of a major Datacentre refresh project my client is seeking an experience Linux engineer with datacentre experience to test an ensure technical readiness of a SDDC platform prior to migrations along with Implementation of approved design (this will include changes and configuration required for each server supporting SDDC and also the implementation of Integrating components and liaising with 3rd party vendors as required.

2+ years proficiency with installing and administering operating Systems Linux

2+ years proficiency of Virtualization Tooling including VMware, Oracle Virtual Machine, Solaris LDOMs & Zones

1+ Automation skills eg Ansible and Shell Scripting.

Awareness of Logical Volume disk management (Solaris Volume Managerwe welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
