Projektbeschreibung
I'm currently sourcing for a Linux Administrator for in Brussels for 6 months with possible extension.
The Linux Administrator will be part of the System support team and will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of Unix/Linux systems.
As a Linux/Unix Administrator you're day-to-day activities will excist of:
- Execution of technical procedures in prototype, development and production environments consisting of Linux/Solaris 10/Oracle 11g/Java.
- Testing of modified procedures & writing new procedures or improving the excisting ones if required.
- Collaboration in technical analysis for troubleshootong of problems in operating systems, tools or Middleware.
- Implentation of prototyping installations of applications and utilities in a RedHat Linux environment.
As a Linux/Unix Administrator you will have knowledge in:
- Linux/Unix systems administration and Scripting.
- Experience in troubleshooting and incident resolurion on operational systems.
- Knowledge about network services and tools.
- RedHat Linux 6we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
