Job Mission

You will manage worldwide Bill of Material (BoM), Configurator and Master data integrity with your team by implementing timely and correct configuration changes on a day to day basis in our current operation and future operation.

Job Description

You will lead the team that executes daily engineering changes in the global supply chain master data. You drive improvements in your processes for efficiency and increased data quality. Therefore you will interface with cross sectorial stakeholders to align expectations on data quality to maximize business value. You will also participate actively in development of our future way of working together with your team in the Configuration Management improvement initiatives. You will work and take care for the team that is committed to data quality and works in a crucial process for Operations sector. Education

Obtained academic level in industrial/logistics/engineering or technical business administration.

Experience

You can build on your experience of 3-5 years in leading groups. For the content you have practical experience in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Logistics or Business Engineering and knowledge of complex production or logistics processes in a high tech environment. Preferably you also have experience with SAP and TCE in the area of Engineering, Production and Materials Management.

Personal skills

You are a team builder and motivator with good social skills that is service oriented. You can communicate easily in English and Dutch in both writing and speaking. You can rely on your excellent interpersonal skills, work pleasantly with people with different backgrounds and in different departmental and geographical cultures; at various hierarchical levels. Preferably you have knowledge and competencies in Change management.
