LIMS Support Administrator Job

LIMS SUPPORT COORDINATOR needed for a CONTRACT HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in East Hanover, NJ.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Set up or implementation of a LIMS system
- SAP experience
- Excellent computer skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Performs activities related to the implementation, use, maintenance as well as troubleshooting of the LIMS used by the QC laboratories to record quality control stability test results, which are used to evaluate pharmaceutical material quality
- Responsible for the maintenance of inspection plans according to current Test Monographs and SOP's
- Provide LIMS support to the QA/QC area (eg trouble-shooting, escalate issues to SAP Logistics group or SAP-QM global support group)
- Responsible for training to the QA/QC staff
- Maintain QC fields in SAP Material Master
- Work with global Business User Community for SAP-QM updates and information sharing

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experience in actual set up or implementation of a LIMS system required
- Associates/Bachelors Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office products - strong capability with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to deliver timely, quality, clear, concise and accurate work
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures

- Experience in an FDA regulated environment
