LIMS Support

Our client is a pharmaceutical company and is currently looking for a LIMS SUPPORT to join their LIMS TEAM and help them with the deployment of their LIMS ( LABWARE ).

Scope of work:

- LABWARE is one of the top leading LIMS in the market and our client is progressively deploying this technology in the R&D LABORATORIES.
- They are in a strongly regulated environment in which test/validation is very important. There will be no

compromise on quality and we promote a "Right first time" approach.

We are looking for a person that can join the LIMS TEAM in order to:

- Ensure day-to-day support & development activities of LABWARE LIMS
- Participate to its deployment.

The consultancy mission consists in:

Labware
- Be the IT contact person for users in case of question/problem encountered in production

environment (2nd line help desk). Answer the question or solve the problem if necessary.
- Participate to the development of the software [mainly development/customization & code

review, but also test & validation if required]
- During this mission, the consultant will work inside the LIMS Team in close collaboration with technical experts and business analysts.

Requirements:

Must have:
Knowledge of Oracle Database
Technical expertise of Labware LIMS (configuration, development, LIMs Basic, SQL)
Self-confident/assertive behavior, writting skills
Voluntary to learn
Team player
Knowledge of French (spoken, written). Most users speak French only.
Knowledge of English (spoken, written). Deliverables will be in English.

Nice to have (less important):
Pharmaceutical industry experience,
Laboratory experience,
