LIFERAY DEVELOPERS (LIFERAY PORTAL/JAVA/JEE/MAVEN/SQL)

The contract is with a large consultancy to be on an assignment at a large European site. The consultant needs to have good experience of Liferay and is expected to perform the tasks/services on-site at the client in Den Haag.

Responsibilites

The consultant will perform the following tasks/services in relation to the solution:

- Assist in the design and development of Liferay applications and components;
- Based on the high level design, create and document a detailed design using UML, ArchiMate and other modelling techniques;
- Troubleshoot and identify different options for implementing functionality and purpose most suitable option;
- Prepare and implement the design for software components in line with command Java coding standards and practices;
- Translate the non-functional requirements (eg performance, reliability) into technical designs for meeting these requirements;
- Write unit tests and/or integration tests for software components;
- Liaise with other technical teams working on sub-modules of the same solution.

Requirements:- Working knowledge of English: B2

A minimum of 6 years of experience in Java/jee

Participation in a minimum of 3 years projects involving in development of mobile web user interfaces

3 years of experience in Liferay Portal, including developing customizations and portlets

1 year experience in development of mobile web user interfaces for Liferay Portal

1 year experience working on multi developer projects using collaboration tools like code repository, work item management and Continuous Integration tools

Knowledge of Maven; SQL

MANDATORY

Certification: 3 years of formal higher education [at least equivalent to a level of bachelor degree]
