ABOUT THE ROLE

As the successful Business Analyst you will be required to perform analysis and design on the banking superannuation, insurance applications - Life400. You will be part of a successful team delivering business improvements to meet the client's expectations. In the role you will be required to prepare business requirements and functional specifications as part of the design and development phase along with translating requirements into workable solutions.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

- Strong Life400/Smart 400 (PAS) system knowledge (minimum 3 years)
- Strong knowledge and experience in life insurance/superannuation PAS system
- Knowledge in banking/finance - Superannuation and Insurance (minimum of 8 years Financial Services experience)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business process mapping, including re-engineering and process improvements
- Prepare business requirements and functional specifications.
- Design and implement more effective processes and systems to optimise performance
- Liaise with stakeholders to analyse, articulate and develop complex business processes to ensure the effective design and implementation of IT solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
