Life Cycle Manager - Senior wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 5+ years' experience working in a similar role
- Profound knowledge of project management methodologies as well as strong leadership skills
- Experience dealing with complex cross-divisional and external supplier set-ups (eg multiple manufacturing site, high number of presentations and countries)
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing the implementation of Life Cycle projects (launch, transfer, pruning) as assigned, in order to ensure compliant drug supplies, in time and in right quality across divisions and from assigned external suppliers towards agreed regions
- Ensuring a detailed changeover planning for Life Cycle projects regarding implementation dates with affiliates and plants
- Acting as single point of contact (SPOC) towards the supplier and ensuring strong collaboration
- Managing a broad variety of stakeholders and maintaining external supplier relationship for assigned regions
- Defining and documenting processes
- Reviewing supply agreements
- Ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
