Life and Pensions Lead Test Analyst

Edinburgh: Life and Pension Lead Test Analyst - £295 per day.

EA Change Group's Edinburgh based Banking client urgently requires a motivated and enthusiastic Life and Pension Lead Test Analyst to join them on a contract basis.

A BAT Test Lead will be responsible for the delivery of projects swithin larger, more complex projects within a release. The Test Lead is responsible for ensuring BAT Service Sheet process is followed throughout BAT.

1) Manage production of Scope, Test Plan, Project Plan, Scripting and End of test Report documents
2) Produce estimate and manage budget against estimate
3) Communicate test progress and produce Daily and Weekly MI
4) Engage with Stakeholders and suppliers to progress the testing that the Test Analyst is responsible for

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Recognised testing qualification.
- Confident communicating with colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers.
- Demonstrate resilience that enables consistent high quality results.
- Analytical skills: Take a set of requirements and turn them into a robust, comprehensive, traceable test plan.
- Insurance product knowledge.
- Experience of managing a small team of direct reports.
- Able to use prior contract experience to add value to decisions made in LBG. Aware of external risks that could impact own delivery: Aware of how own actions could pose a risk to others.
- Shares knowledge with others to improve the overall team.
