Life and Pensions Business Analyst

Edinburgh: Business Analyst - £ 340 per day. EA Change Group's Edinburgh based Banking client urgently requires a motivated and enthusiastic Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis.

The Business Analyst would be working on a Life Pensions & Investments workflow system (PEGA) As a result of a programme of process redesign we will be making changes to the workflow system to support end to end customer journey process flow and MI.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Life and Pensions experience
- Experience working with PEGA would be beneficial.
- Rather than Technical Business Analyst requirement focus for this role is for Process Improvement and Reengineering Analysis.
- Contributed in defining & shaping project objectives within Group Operations Change Workstreams
-Worked with the business and overall Programmes to define & shape the project objectives within Operations.
-Managed the scope, requirements analysis and business solution design for a small project or a component of a large project or workstream component.
- Typical business analysis skills including planning, eliciting, analysing, defining, communicating and validating requirements for changes to structures, business operations and processes, product and service offerings, policies and information systems.
