Licensing Project Manager - 6 month daily rate contract
SKILLS:
- Analysis of software license contracts with focus on possibilities to split and transfer licenses
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for split/transfer/purchase of new licenses
- Very good skills and work experience in the field of software license contracts (license models, metrics, legal aspects)
- Preferable experience in negotiations with large software companies (eg SAP, IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, ...)
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills
- Strong Project Management Experience
