LICENSING OFFICER, LICENSING ACT, LOCAL AUTHORITIES, CONTRACT, SOUTH WEST LONDON

Licensing Officer required for an initial 3-6 Month contract to be based from my clients prestigious offices in South West London.

- You will be responsible for undertaking enforcement inspections in respect of both licensed and unlicensed premises and carry out enforcement action.
- To provide a high quality licensing service to residents and businesses in the borough
- To contribute to the development of the Licensing Service in accordance with Council policy, aims and objectives
- To assess the technical suitability of premises where appropriate, assess compliance with legislation and undertake enforcement work in respect of licensed/registered premises
- To assist with the collection of fees and charges
- To provide instruction, training and supervision to other officers, students, trainees and support staff

Please note to be considered for this position you will be required to explain your experience in Licensing Law and the Procedures associated with it.
