Licensing Officer

We are looking to expand our Licensing Team on a contract and permanent basis with immediate starts available.
The role of the Licensing Officer will be to administer a range of licensing applications, primarily those received under the Licensing Act 2003 and Gambling Act 2005, in accordance with legal requirements and established governance processes and procedures.

You will assist the Senior Licensing Officer with the management and administration of a comprehensive licensing function including processing licence applications in accordance with all requirements.
You will be required to visit sites and liaise with clients and applicants. The ideal candidate will have a full driving license and access to their own vehicle. You will conduct all required licensing investigations including for appeals, objections, complaints, incidents and contraventions.

You will maintain effective relationships with all relevant partners and bodies both internal and external to the organisation and have excellent communication skills.
