Licensed Vocational Nurse Job

LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE needed for CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Menlo Park, CA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Pediatric Experience
- EPIC Experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Will function as a member of the Patient Care team in our Pediatric Department, and will work under the direction of a Physician and/or Manager
- Effectively manage patient care by utilizing the electronic medical record system
- Provide telephone advice by protocol and provide support of direct care procedures
- Accurately collect and transmit information between the patient and provider in a courteous, respectful and professional manner
- Performs other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Current CA LVN License
- Current CPR certification
- Three (3) years of clinical experience as an LVN
- Pediatric experience highly preferred
- EPIC experience highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent Organization, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficient Computer and Microsoft Office Application Skills
