Licensed Vocational Nurse Job

LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE needed for CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Menlo Park, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Ambulatory Care Experience
- Clinical Experience in LVN Scope of Practice

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Performs and assists providers with routine and/or specialized clinical procedures within the LVN scope of practice and department policies, in a timely manner
- Consistently performs rooming procedure and follows rooming standards to ensure patient is fully prepared for the provider
- Administers ordered medications and vaccines in a safe, accurate, professional and timely manner
- Accurately collects and transmits information between the patient and provider in a courteous, respectful and professional manner
- Performs other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Current CA LVN License
- Current CPR certification
- One to two (1-2) years of clinical experience as an LVN
- Ambulatory Care experience highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent Organization, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficient Computer and Microsoft Office Application Skills
