Licensed Vocational Nurse Job

LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE (LVN) needed for a CONTRACT opportunity to join Yoh's client in Round Rock TX.

THE BIG PICTURE:

WE HAVE A NEED FOR LVN SUPPORT AT OUR DELL ROUND ROCK, TX CLINIC FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY FOR BIOMETRICS EVENTS.

- DATES: 01/02-01/31, 2015
- HOURS: Mon-Fri, 7:45 am - 12:15 pm

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Obtain and record vitals
- utilize Cholestec equipment to obtain cholesterol and glucose values
- Provide brief counseling to program participants with values outside of established parameters

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Biometric testing
- Record vital signs.
- Immunizations when needed.
- Drug screen
- Providing excellent customer service.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Current LVN licensure in State of Texas or compact.
- Current CPR certification.
- Venipuncture skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Front Office experience.
- Experience with patient care in clinic setting.
- Current immunizations.
