Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE/LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE to join our client in Round Rock, Texas.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Records patients' vital signs.
- Height and Weight.
- Biometric testing.
- Collects samples, such as urine, blood, and sputum, from clients for testing and performs Multistix test.
- Maintains accurate, clear up-to-date records and assures confidentiality.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six (6) months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent people skills. Ability to motivate, cooperate with and work effectively with others.
- Skill in exercising initiative and judgment.
- Licensed Practical Nurse Certificate in the state of TX.

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

- Prefer occupational health ER or urgent care experience.
- Audiometric Certification, Spirometry - NIOSH Course Certification; Breath Alcohol Technician Certification preferred.
